Made from polyester, this black chiffon dress fabric has a crinkled face, excellent for skirts, puff sleeves and blouses!

At 135cm wide, this sheer cloth is lightweight, breathable and has a lovely drape; although it is plain in colour it has a very interesting texture due to the crinkled finish. This fabric is perfect for summer wear, scarves and sashes, evening gowns and home décor!
