At Croft Mill, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fabric or garment isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached, and include the return authorization form inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
